Identify Performance Weaknesses
Performance weaknesses of an organization must be accurately identified to ensure valid problems, rather than perceived problems, will be addressed. Comparison of the actual outcomes of the work of the organization to the desired goals for that work will identify those performance weaknesses. NES can perform this comparison using your own in-house assessment practices, industry-recognized assessment methods, or formal evaluation methodologies.

Develop Training Solutions
Solutions for performance weaknesses can include changes in resource allocations, alterations of processes, or training for the workers. When training is determined to be an effective corrective action for a performance weakness, NES can draw from diverse education program development models to develop training that will effectively, efficiently improve performance. NES can also ensure the training is developed and delivered in accordance with established criteria such as 10CFR50.120, 10CFR55.4, INPO criteria, or other accreditation agency criteria as appropriate.
Evaluate Training Programs
Similar to other organizational programs, established training programs are subject to performance weaknesses that may be attributable to revised training standards, new or modified equipment, new or revised processes, or changes in distribution of resources. The methods used to evaluate organizational performance can be used by NES to identify shortfalls in the outcomes of training programs.
